To change your bank account, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Open a ticket with the Support Team through the email firstname.lastname@example.org and ask to disconnect the actual funding source.
Step 2: Once disconnected, log into your account through the Login page.
Step 3: Select "Settings".
Step 4: Click on the "Payments Page" option.
Step 4: On the right side, click on the "Connect a bank account" button to connect your new bank account as the underwriting account and payment source.
A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to enter your bank username and password to establish the connection with your new bank account. If you need any assistance, please contact email@example.com.
